数屋 · Kaz-ya
Tokyo Rice Company started with a simple idea: serve Tijuana the Japanese food people actually eat in Japan. Not a softened version — the real thing.
Broths are made in house and take as long as they take. Gyoza is folded by hand. The rice gets the attention it gets in a Japanese kitchen, which is where the name comes from.
Alongside traditional ramen you'll find fusion plates — poke, rolls, bowls — so everyone at the table finds their dish.
